So I have decided to build a pc and i came up with these parts:
CPU: AMD fx6300
GPU: MSI R9 270
MOBO: Gigabyte 970A-DS3P
Case: Corsair Carbide Spec 01
RAM: 2x4 GB kingston hyperx
CPU cooler: coolermaster hyper212 evo
1 HDD
1 SSD

I am planning on overclocking my CPU from 3.5 Ghz to 4.2Ghz and the GPU as high as it can get.I am thinking of getting an EVGA 500W 80 plus silver but i want it to be future proof if i plan to get a newer GPU.I want the PSU to have long cables for easier cable management because it is important for me and should I get higher Watt PSU for the amount of overclocking will be doing?

You might find a better cooler at http://www.tomshardware.com/faq/id-2478892/alternatives-hyper-212-evo-budget-cooling.html since the Hyper EVO, while not bad, is a bigtime bang/buck Loser.

How high you'll get with your overclock is by no means certain. It is also dependent on the silicon lottery (some chips are better than others). A 500W PSU should be sufficient for what you'll be getting, although 550W might be a little more future-resistant.

Yes but I am not planning on doing huge changes on the current build, only a GPU maybe, could you suggest any good PSUs that have enough Watts and are good for cable management?
edit:no fanboys or people that will suggest a low-quality cheap PSU

Is your best bet. It's fully modular so you only have to plug in cables you need. (makes it look really clean with some nice cable management). Leaves plenty of room for overclocking of the cpu/gpu. You can always upgrade your GPU in the future too.

Seasonic does not know how to build a bad PSU. Everything they make receives excellent competent technical reviews. All XFX and some Antec PSUs are also built by Seasonic.
While you do not need 620W now, that isn't an outrageous size, especially if you are considering a GPU upgrade in the future.

After you add the overclock of the CPU, the gpu... adding the EVO as a cooler. Maybe a few extra case fans etc.. You're not that far off to be honest. You don't want to ever buy the exact wattage required (ALWAYS get more than needed). and if you want to upgrade to a new GPU, you're set!

Maybe i should have mentioned that i will use this pc for about 3 years and i will upgrade the gpu then to pass it to my little brother. For now will it do the job with 500W and could you suggest a decent PSU for cable management,i have a budget build as you may have noticed.

You can get away with a QUALITY brand 500w power supply. Keep in mind, The 270 requires a MINIMUM 500w. You're not going to find a better branded power supply that is FULL modular within this price-range. I personally wouldn't get anything less than 550w. Remember you're overclocking. That takes additional power. MSI's minimum doesn't take this into account.

6300 is AM3+ socket set (basically just match this to your other components).
Gigabyte 970A-DS3P is an AM3+ board so the cpu will work.
Hyper 212 EVO is an AM3+ compatible cooler so you're fine there too.

As stated above, the evo will not fit in the spec 01

EVO IS 159mm
Maximum CPU Cooler Height in Spec 01 is 150mm

Maximum with OC is like 400 watts if i have done it right, but it has no option for GPU overclocking and i did put it on 90% system load which is on a really heavy load and almost impossible to reach while gaming

That one is pretty good. Some of the others overestimate, in part because they are on vendor sites (e.g. Newegg) where they still sell PSU-shaped objects; the overestimate is to try to cover their butts for these "devices" being barely good for half their labels.
If you go back through various iterations of the Tom's SBM articles, you'll see that actual power use is much lower than vendors might have you believe.
