Unsure of what to do at “where do you want to install windows”

Hello!

So I am currently in the process of clean installing windows 10 on a PC that already has been used with windows 10. Currently it has files on it that don’t matter, but right now I’m unsure of what to do right now. It asks me where I want to install windows, but I want to do a clean install, so what can I do? Here’s a picture of what the screen looks like right now:

Select partition 4 and choose Format first. This will wipe that partition clean and then you can install Windows to partition 4.

Clean install = deleting all the partitions and clicking next, windows will recreate the partitions it needs to

so delete all the partitions on drive 0

only deleting part 4 may not work if hdd is mbr and win 10 wants to use gpt, you just get told you can't.
