[SOLVED] Unsure what I need to upgrade in my pc help!

I have been dealing with this problem for months and it's time. I have a GTX 1070 and intel i5-6600k, cant handle chrome while playing games and never could or its not smooth. I also always have CPU at max 100% in task manager while playing, my games are stuttering and same with discord lags out from CPU. What do i do, what do i upgrade? Thanks!

edit: I know i need to upgrade my CPU but the only one i saw was going to boost my frames was i7-6700k which is expensive
also my motherboard is the Z170A GAMING M5 | MSI USA

I have a pc 10x worse than yours and have no problems at all

If the main problem is resources used by Google Chrome, you could start by trying another browser that is less hungry. I use Comodo Dragon.
