So right now I know that i am set with my mobo , and processor i just dont know what i want to get next , I have Gtx 760 sli but i really want to put in just 1 card maybe like a gigabyte 780 6gb and then eventually sli that. i also have a samsung 840 evo 128gb and a seagate 1tb, i know for sure i want to upgrade the ssd does 1tb sound like too much or should i get a 500 and just get another 1 tb hdd?. And then the debate of buying a bigger monitor , i have a asus 21.5 backlight and its pretty sweet so i know i still want asus , whats a good size that big but still playable for games like dayz or battlefield to were you dont look side to side all the time. thanks for the help everyone.

so you want a to get rid your current 760 SLI so you can get a single card setup again but still want to SLI in the future? anyway just wait a bit until 980/970 comes out in a few days and makes your decision then. even if you're not interested with 980/970 maybe there could be some kind of deal with current generation of cards.

personally for me 500GB is about right for main drive (be it SSD or HDD).

i think it is not about screen size alone because most of the time people are looking at resolution. for example with 27/28 inch monitor most people will not going to pick the one with 1080p resolution. at such size most people go with 1440p/1600p. with increase resolution the need of more powerful GPU also grow.
