UNSW Proposes 7nm Silicon DRAM-Like Architecture For Quantum Chips

UNSW announced a silicon-based architecture for quantum chips that is similar to the architecture of dynamic random access memory. The university promised a 10-qubit silicon quantum chip that could be integrated with our classical computers by 2022.

When I see this stuff coming out of Australia, I think back to the CSIRO that claimed to have "invented" Wi-Fi with a dubious patent and then patent trolled their way to a 9 figure settlement. There is noise, and then there is invention.
