Unturned Frame Gradually drops from 200 to 20 with a gtx 970?

I have an 8core 14 gigs ram gtx 970 fast hard drive and gradually get my frames dropped from 200 to 20 in 15 min?I'm just buffled this had never happened to me on any game ever.Its just so bizzare.I tried maxing out the settings i get 67-60 and drop to 20 again i get the same time window 15 min wtf is wrong with this game?Others with low gpu have steady fps all the time like 40-50.I tried different servers same thing happens over and over im giving up.I opened this thread cause this is the strangest thing that i have ever encountered.

Gpu usage is 40-50% with vsync on everything maxed staying at 70 degrees Celsius cpu temp 50 Celsius usage at first core is 40-50 at the others its not uniform 30ish average this happens only in this game.
