Unturned won't load to main menu

I haven't been on Unturned since early december and i wanted to get back to playing. When i opened unturned, it stayed on the loading screen ( a straight road if you have the preview) and doesn't change. Please help me!!!

Try deleting the old registry files:
Windows 7: Start > Run > regedit
Windows 8: Rightclick Start> run > regedit

Regedit > HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software > Smartly Dressed Games > Unturned

Delete the unturned entries then restart your PC.

I learned you have to uninsta unturned, delete unturned folder in steam folder, redownload and it works with everything still there
