Question Unused front usb ports

I have a fujitsu d2990 - a3 motherboard and the front usb 1/2 is not being used but instead 3/4 are connected (usb2.0).
Is it possible to connect another 2 usb ports to the unused header 1/2 and maybe make it come out through the back or something?

so you have unused intern USB headers?

you would have to buy a device to go from the internal USB header to normal USB ports, but yeah you could.
