Unused integrated graphics card

I have an unused integrated graphics card on my motherboard, is it possible to use it to supplement my dedicated card? I know DirectX 12 can do it, but is there any current programming solutions?
My integrated is an old radeon 300 and my dedicated is a GTX 750 ti.
I know it it's a bad card, but it's just sitting on my board, not doing anything....that lousy freeloader.

is it possible to use it to supplement my dedicated card? No. old radeon integrated gpu works with some old radeon gpus. Nothing else.
