Question Unusual memory timings? I'm not sure if my RAMs are installed properly

So my laptop came with a 2666mhz ddr4 ram with a cpu i7 7700hq which only supports up to 2400mhz. Upgraded it to dual channel with another 2666mhz ram. However in CPUZ xmp is not enabled and I'm not sure how its possible to attain such clock speed or if there is actually something wrong.

Do you have any comments about my memory timings? It seems unusual for the Row Refresh Cycle Time. If I lower my ram clock speed to run at 2400mhz will it improve performance?
