Question Unusual PC problem

Hello.

Well I turned on my computer today and before loading the bios while booting up the computer pops up a message "No current date and time set F1 go to bios F2 skip" after skipping the computer rebooted 3 times and turned on normally. When I try to shut it down it goes to the login screen. Only when I turn off "Quick startup" it shuts down normally. When I unplug the computer from the power supply the problem repeats. The error code on the board is "A0" and Intel Rapid optane does not see any connected port

Any advice, causes or return the board for repair

I just replaced the CMOS battery and the bios reboot problem disappeared, but the computer still doesn't shut down with the "Enable fast boot (recommended)" option enabled where before the battery drained it worked normally
