Unusually high idle temps on i5-4690k OC'ed to 4.0GHz with Hyper 212 EVO?

Title says it all.

I'm getting ~35C with a Hyper 212 EVO on idle on an i5-4690k (used OC Genie to put it at 4.0GHz constant).

IS this normal? Will temps go down or stay around there even if I start playing games?

Not sure how to break it to you, but there is something wrong with your temp reader.

That is physically impossible with air cooling. Unless your air feed is from a refrigerated box xD

at 19C room I idle at 31C, cores idling 800mhz 0.8somethingvolts

hits 56C at 4.6ghz 1.225v when gaming.

It would only be impossible if it was below ambient ;)
Not at my rig ATM but my voltage is lower than yours, 1.165V iirc as is my OC of 4.4 GHz.

edit: Also have a blower style video cooler, makes a big difference in case temps and therefor component temps. If you don't mind being deafened lol.
