Unusually high latency on ram

Recently built a budget pc using an AMD A6-6400K apu. I seem to have unusually high latency with my ram when testing it with the passmark test. Readings of between 69ms and 79ms. I am unsure of what I should do to get my latency scores down. I have tried different placements within the mobo slots and setting the clock speeds between 1866Mhz and 2133Mhz. I even tried using the xmp profiles. I can not seem to get good scores us I this ram. I understand that amd processors tend to show higher latency ratings in general but I expected something a little better.

SYSTEM SPECS:
Mobo: MSI A88XM-E45
Apu: AMD A6-6400K
Gpu: MSI HD-6450 in dual graphics with apu
Ram :Gskill F3-2400C11-4GXM ram
OS: Windows 8.1 build 9600 64bit

The latency is bad, not sure how to lower it. Never heard of that kind of G-skill RAM.

That is the exact ram pack that I bought from newegg. Im not sure if I should set it from its stock speed of 2400 to 1866 and lower the timings or maybe run it in alternating slots on the mobo. I know amd recommends 1600 ram for that cpu but I bought this for a future upgrade to a kaveri a10.

I see that by that list that is about normal for my cpu. I compared it to other baselines for the cpu and very similar ram scores across the board.
