Question Unusually low gtx 1080 temps?

So I have an ROG Strix GTX1080 A8G 11GBPS card and I have a strange problem with it.
No matter the OC or the stress test I throw at it, the temps are always around 62-63c at max load.
I have a 1440p 144Hz monitor and have all my settings to max when testing, the fans hardly make any sound.
I use Asus gpu tweak II to monitor my card.
Any other info needed?

I have no other issues with the card, it runs all my games pretty good on my monitor.
It just seems strange that my card never even reaches 70c.
I have also gone to power settings and disabled PCI-e power saving.

Anyone have ideas about what my problem could be?

that's not a problem. are you having performance issues? my 1080 runs in the same temp range, the thing never gets hot, i believe you are fine, why would you want it hot anyways?

Well, after a short google shearch I found that gtx 1080 cards should be at 80-85c at load... is this not a more normal temp?
Edit: Did a more detailed search and saw that temps on this type of card is more around 68c. So maybe my card is just fine :/
It's not that I want high temps, it's more that I thought the card wasn't fully utilizing it's power to ever reach higher temps.
