Unwanted app keeps coming back

Hi, everybody! I am running Windows 10 TP, and an unwanted app keeps coming back(reinstalling itself). The app is Simple Toddler Pop Dots. I want this app to stay gone. I right-click it, click Uninstall, and confirm that I want to uninstall. The app keeps reinstalling itself. This is annoying. How do I get this app to stay off of this PC? Please help and thanks in advance.

Best guess right now for turning that off would be under PC Settings > Accounts > Sync Settings > move the Apps slider to Off under Individual Sync Settings.

The app reinstalled itself.

Maybe try revo uninstaller,this should look for traces too.Set it at the highest setting.

Try removing in control panel, if not working then check your antivirus and scan for any virus on the whole computer.
If nothing related to that or nothing was found, then check its files, if you check the uninstaller then installs the application, remove all of its files, if still installing, check for registry things that are related with the application, then delete them.

It's a Windows 10 TP Metro app (installed from the Windows Store).

Yet another reason to ignore windows store.

Oh my gosh, backup your files except that nasty app then reinstall windows with your backup not cleared, if still happening i have no damn idea
