Unwanted Backup

Hello
backup program that came with toshiba nexternal hard drive that did a comlte system backup and becausse it took updjust about all of external hd I deletedn it . I then staerted puttings that I wanted on the exhd and now the bacup program has done another but it all wont fit how do I resore everyhing or do I delete it like I did the first backup

If you don't want to use the backup program that came with it, just uninstall the backup software if possible, otherwise just format the drive. Be sure to copy any data off the drive before formatting. Copy it back over when done.

I like the program, I have everything solved. I put all of my pics and videos on a seperate ext hard drive and have put my system back up on the toshiba.
