Unwanted e-mails

Dear sir ,
For the past 3 days I have getting unwanted e-mails with the to and from the same name (my wife's) I tried to block. but I am not knowledge d enoug to stop it. Need help.to put a stop to this person's mischief.

Check with the options in your email program, it will have an option to put the address you are getting the email from into a junk area or delete outright. If you are using a web-based email, it should have the same options.

Can also check with the support or whatever email service you use.
