unwanted wireless client asus router

Hello

On my router clients list appears one wireless client that I can't associate shows the name of "zuhause" and seems by the MAC to be associated with tplink (router that I used in the past) now I have asus. I blocked it assigning an ip address out of my range of addreses because I can't find the way to elimante it

any help is appreciated thanks

Hi, Try enabling the MAC filter.

you could always reset your current router and set it up again. Otherwise a restart should clear out the old device. Remove the assigned IP address before you do that.

thanks, I thought about it too, but Im cuorius from where comes this client and what is its function, a saw on a quick connection list that was connecting to different servers and one .ru server

Try changing user and password for router login, then the SSID and key of the Wireless network, set it as hidden, and then enable MAC filter and set the MAC addresses of your devices as allowed.

thanks, I reset it, shows again Im thinking that maybe is associated with some program that I can't yet identify yet and in the router I can't find a block unblock client (the router by the way is RT AC87U asus)
