UOAssist does not appear to have a support site.

My UOAssist has recently stopped counting regents. Is there a way to reset
the regent function and get it to start working again. This happened after I
deleted a character and created another with the same name.

Everything else in UOAssist appears to be working ok.

The site for UOA is www.tugsoft.com

I have the same problem with it counting my regs. I've found if I
leave my reg bag open and minimized it doesn't lose track of them
anymore.

Did you try pressing Numlock to make UOA redo it's resource counts?

Otherwise, go into your UOA folder and browse down into the folders
similar to the way your UO folder has it's Desktop folder to find your
account\shard\character. (While not in UO of course). Delete the
character's folder there inside the UOA folder. Then when you relog into
UO you will need to recreate/store your UOA settings for that char again
but I think that should fix it.

Probably just need to do the Numlock though.

Also, I believe UOA has a setting to use ID numbers, instead of
names, to identify characters. This may be the issue here.

What the mage hater says is true though, counting resources fixes
a wide variety of problems.

I got it working thanks for the tips. I changed it to ID number instead of
name. Then when I hit NumLock it counted right.

Thanks,
Andrea

I don't hate mages. They taste the same as everyone else.

DO NOT!@!!

We are sweat and juicy, with a pleasant crunch. Somewhat bitter
aftertaste though, but that's you and yer seasoning.
