I'm looking fot a Graphics card fot that Dell Dimension 5150:
Pentium D 2,8 ghz/motherboard: Dell ohj054/
4 gb /graphics card: ATI Radeon x300 se hyper memory
PSU: Spire ATX 420 W WB and P4

it's to play games in a more confortably way....!!!

Thanks for advising me

Since you have a pentium probably the best would be a radeon 7750 without any bottlenecks or power supply limitations. If you upgraded the power supply you could probably do something like on the low end of the newer radeon video cards

Seriously dude??????? He does not have a "modern" Pentium. He had an ancient Pentium 4. It is basically worthless. It could be used as a very slow internet browser, for old school age of empires 2 marathons. Or sent for disposal to an ewaste facility. He CANNOT put a 7750 in it. That card won't fit, won't work, and would be worth more than his whole machine. You need to READ before you waste peoples money

Look jardres you're machine cannot be helped. It's basically worthless. and that's being kind. There are some very old games. Like Sim city 4. That might work on it. But you will get nothing out of a gpu upgrade. If you want to use it you'll be stuck with 10 year old games

You are exactly right as far as hardware. Now. What you describe as "gaming" can be very different. We had a lot of fun with AOE2. Still applies. You can get friends together on a match. With ANCIENT hardware

This could be flat out wrong. As long as the system has a PCI-E x16 slot the card will fit and work(backwards compatibility and all).

Do not get me wrong, I do NOT recommend it either due to the age of the system,

but I just wanted to clear up that from a pure technical point it should work.
