Up to how Ghz will i can overclock i5 4690K with Corsair H90?

Also up to how degrees celsius will be at full load when it is not overclocked and whet it is and if i overclock will that cancel the guarantee of the CPU?

A i7-4790K will run all day at 4.4 and nominal temperatures without overclocking.
I was a bit disappointed that I could not get near the 5.0 that was talked about pre release.
But it runs so well at stock that I really have no need to push past that.
I might expect that you will idle at 10-15c over ambient, and 35-40c. over ambient under load.
It all depends on how lucky you are with your chip.
The "K" is designed to allow the multiplier to be raised. Warranty should not be an issue. The cpu has protective mechanisms to slow it down or shut off if it should ever get dangerously hot.
It really is a moot point. Failure of a modern intel cpu is a rarity.
