Case: R5
CPU:4690k
Gpu:gtx 970
Mobo Asus z97 a
Ram 8gb 1600mhz
CPU cooler: Corsair h105

You should be fine compatibility wise then, If everything can fit in the case.

Just a heads up though, if you're not planning on doing any big overclocking, you might as well consider the non-k version and a H97 board. Other than that note.
