Update Beggining Video Editing Build with light gaming HELP HELP HELP

I am looking to start dabbling into editing. My overall computer knowledge is intermediate. I am in early 30's so pretty tech savy but not a tech-no-geek. I am looking to start taking a lot of home videos, make edits etc. I also will dabble in some gaming.
Video Editing is of most importance. My budget is under $2,000. From what I have read it seems i want the I7 5820 for starts.

I would also liked the computer to be "decked" out with LED lights, nice case etc. Something that pops. Lots of threads on builder were from 2013 so I wanted something more up-to-date.

I want room to upgrade to 32 gb of RAM, I want 3 drives. 1 ssd for software/OS, 1 for transfering data from go-pro to pc, and one for final product/preview files. I am clueless when it comes to the mother board. I prefer to have ability for fast transfer, short rendering time etc. I would like USB 3.0 on front of the PC.

Lastly, I will have 2 monitors running off the video card (potentially 3 monitors). I do enjoy gaming/streaming also so that is a bonus feature but i do not want to go overboard on graphics card.

I never considered an HTPC case. I would like to bluetooth or over network access everything via home theater in basement that has computer located on 3rd floor of house. I want easy access to USB Ports, HDMI port, easy to spend hours in front of monitor working on video editing or gaming also.

Here's an update on what I want. Would you suggest otherwise? I would want 3 drives. One SSD drive for software/OS, one drive for uploading all my videos/pictures onto, and 3rd drive for my final product/preview files.

Also I want a descent amount of UBS 3.0 on the front, I want a fast connection to upload video from go-pro onto camera. In addtion, I have 2monitors I would like to all be running at the same time.

And most importantly I want the ability to have potential to upgrade items. For example 16gb of ram up to 32gb
