Update BIOS ASRock H67M Windows 10

Hi Im trying to update my BIOS. Using a ASRock H67M for Windows 10.

When Im on ASRock's homepage I can only find for windows 7 latest, but Im using Windows 10 and get an error when trying to use the Windows 7 install..

Version 1,40 atm

Where can I update my BIOS for Windows 10?

Why do you need to update the BIOS if you've already got Windows 10 up & running?

I have problems with the computer freezing when I play games (1-2 times per week, VERY annoying) and yesterday I got bluescreen "clock_watchdog_timeout".

What I found out from google it could help with a BIOS update

Well unfortunately ASRock don't provide non-Windows BIOS updates that can be installed at boot time, so you would have to revert to Windows 7 to update the BIOS, then back to Windows 10.

Or leave Windows 10 alone and install Windows 7 on a separate partition as a dual-boot machine.

If you don't fancy having a dual-boot system, buy a new hard drive, remove existing hard drive, then install Windows 7 on the new drive and update the BIOS that way. When it's done, remove new hard drive and put Windows 10 hard drive back in to the machine.
