Question Update BIOS on a Lenovo using USB-stick

Hi. Can I somehow update the BIOS on Lenovo L450 using a USB-stick? I downloaded the ISO jduj20wd.iso from Lenovos website and tried to burn it using Rufus, but it told me the file was unsupported. I do not have access to a CD/DVD-burner right now, and would love to use a USB-stick.

You could go about it the simple way, i.e, download the executable version(same filename but with the .exe at the end which is the first option for download on their support site) and update the BIOS from the OS end..

Oh, sorry. I forgot to say that I don't have WIndows-access since it's a user machine
