Update bios or Buy a new one

Hi to all te comunity
I have a issue with a Foxconn H67m-v, the thing is that it doesn't reconize my Gygabite r9 270x 2Gb Oc ed. and I allready teasted in other computer and it works fine, so I'm afraid I have to update the 2011 old bios, but I use my computer for work so I can't wait 3 days it comes from the store to my hose the way I see it I have two options

1.- Update the bios (and maybe it does not work anymore so I'll have to wait untill a new one arives)

2.- Buy the Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H (And try to sell the foxconn without updating)

My actuall rig is

Core i5 2300 (sandybridge)

Foxconn h67m-v

8Gb ram 1333 mhz

Corsair tx 650w

SSD 500gb

HDD 1Tb


For the gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H do you thing my CPU and gpu are gonna work fine in this board, and actually I want a gigabyte one 'cause the dual bios thing so what do you think I should do? and if you can recommend me some other motherboard into htat price range or you think I will have some issues let me know, thanks everyone

To play it safe I'd go with the Gigabyte motherboard. If the BIOS fails(the chance is pretty small that it will damage anything) and you can't use the graphics card you'll still have to buy another motherboard. Plus you can sell it and get some cash back when the other board arrives.
For now I think you'll have to use the PC without the external graphics card.
The Gigabyte motherboard should be able to support the 270X.
