Splendid
CL & CAS essentially mean latency. Or, how many cycles it takes to send 1 (or 2 in DDR's case) bits per clock cycle. It takes CAS2 2 full cycles to send a single bit (or 2 bits in DDR's case) to the northbridge. DDR CAS 2.5 sends 2 bits in 2 cycles and 1 bit in more 2 cycles- making it CAS2.5. CAS 2 is the best. Although, some CAS2.5 will run fine at CAS2. My memory from Crucial does.
