Update Failed 3 times even after restsrting pc

basically i just got windows 10 and i noticed a windows update i tried it 3 times before restarting my computer and the update kept giving me this

Security Update for Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Service Pack 1 Redistributable Package (KB2565063) - Error 0x80070643

can anyone give me some help with this.

Visual C SP1 is from 2010, procedure should be the same for any OS.

Go down the list on the 1st link and you will find some 10 specific answers, but again, doesn't look to be OS specific

i figured it after about a hour it ended up saying no updates were available so not sure if it was a glitch or anything
