Running a HP Pavilion Power Desktop with an AMD Ryzen 7 1700, 16GB DDR4. Windows 10 Pro.
I was using a HP LaserJet 1020 that was installed and working just fine. After update, that printer was not listed or seen by the computer. I have contacted both HP and Microsoft support, downloaded new print drivers, but nothing works. After installing new print drivers for the Laser printer, I now get message from computer that LPT1 cannot be found! Has anyone else had this problem? I welcome suggestions that would get me back to where I was before the update without having to do a system restore, or re-installing Windows 10!
