Update Graphics card for a Dell Optiplex 745

I need to install a suitable graphics card on my PC to support Go Pro Studio. It must be HD 4000 or higher. I don't do any gaming. Any suggestions?

Isn't that card a little overkill? its over 250 bucks. Someone else recommended the R7250 which is 100 bucks and that was even more than I need. Any other suggestions...or just get the 7250 :-/

Be sure and find out if your BIOS is EUFI or more likely AHCI legacy BIOS. Video card must match. GT730 1GB 64 bit DDR5.
