I just wanted to share an issue I had that others might of been experiencing. In a recent Windows update, there was the above 'optional' update which I downloaded and installed. After, I started noticing I was getting a load of issues with FPS and stuttering while gaming that I had never had before. I looked online and found many others were suffering with the same problem and that there was an issue being caused by this update so they said to uninstall it, which I did and it has immediately fixed the problem.
