Cooler master maker 5 cabinet
Memory RAM 16gb corsair led blue 3000mhz
Monitor asus vz229h
Power Supply 650w supernova gold g3
Storage 1tb seagate barracuda, 256gb ssd m2 samsung
gpu asus 970 turbo 4bg oc

What is wrong with your current water cooling solution? A step up to a 1070 video card is going to run you $450.00 by itself. That should be your target upgrade. That will eat up your entire budget. Looking at your system specs....you will have quite the performer. I know you overclocked that CPU........right?

Focus on upgrading your GPU your PC should do fine with that CPU cooler, if you want a improvement in performance spend that $500 on a GPU that's were you will see the biggest difference. If your worried temp wise add more fans or increase the fan curve of your components

yes in 4.2ghz, the cooler very high temp 50c, the fans very fast 2700rpm.

65c with full speed 2700rpm and pump 3150
80 and power off with normal speed
