Update on amazon

Hi guys,

I need your help.
Quick specs,
Asrock 970 Extreme3 r2.0
AMD FX-6350
2GB 1600 ram
650 watt psu
Nvidia Asus GTX 560 TI
120GB samsung 850 EVO
500 gb hard drive

I can't decide what to upgrade
Asrock z97 extreme 3 + nzxt Kraken + intel Pentium G3258.

Or Gigabyte GTX 970 g1 gaming + 8 GB ram


Edit :
I live in the Netherlands and im in San Francisco right now. And amazon is much cheaper.
There is about 25 or 50% chance that theres a 970 already at my home ( i know, hard to explain)
And i can buy ram later.
