[SOLVED] Updated BIOS but still no POST(R3 3100)

PC Specs:
CPU: R3 3100(earlier athlon 200ge)
RAM: Crucial 8 GB 2400MHz DDR4
Motherboard: Asrock A320m HDV R4.0
GPU: GALAX GTX 1660(earlier GT 710)

Earlier the BIOS version was 2.3 and for Ryzen 3100 to work I updated the BIOS to 4.0(latest).

Surprisingly the BIOS update is not helping me get the system to even POST.
No signal on screen, Keyboard doesn't lights up,but fans are running as usual in the Cabinet.

Need Help...

Any chance the CPU may have some bent pins? Assuming the only change was installing a new processor, checking that might be a good place to start.
