Updated drivers, restarted PC but now it won't boot

After updating drivers I restarted my pc But all I does is a black loading screen with Windows 10 logo. I can't get into safe mode or anything and I have no clue what to do

I've tried force shutting it down twice in hopes it boots in repair but no luck

Try reinstalling Windows...
