Updated graphics card now windows won't load..

Updated my graphics card driver gtx 580 and installed nvidia gaming driver. After it started installing, my pc would restart but not load windows. Now it just keeps restarting over n over and I can't even start it in safe mode. Any Ideas?

how about the usual "press F8" during initial boot sequence to bring out boot option? anyway full system spec please.
