Updated Windows 10 Format

So I had Windows 7 and used free update to Windows 10 option. Now I need to format my PC, but I will not use Windows settings to do so, only DBAN, which means I will instal new system from BIOS. My question is: Can I install Windows 10 and will it be valid?

Don't know what you mean, my serial number is for Windows 7, and I'm just wondering if I could install Windows 10 from BIOS. ( Because I know that it is possible to format Windows 10 [ when having Windows 7/8 before ] and keep Windows 10, but you have to go to: settings and format )

Ah okay, so you want to do a Windows 10 installation and wipe your existing Windows 7? You can use this guide:
