Updater by Sweetpacks

I was looking through my hard drive & looked inside'Program Files' & I notice a folder 'Updater by Sweetpacks'. I tried right clicking on in & tried to delete it but smaller window show up & tells me that "The action can't be completed because the folder or a file in it is open in another program"
I have had problems in the past with 'Sweetpacks', my search engine was the Sweetpacks search engine. How do I get rid of it without installing other software.
