I was trying to update my graphics card for 2 weeks now and it didn't work so first thing I tried to do is update my graphics card version to the latest version which didn't work every time I go to update it, it says "Windows has determined the driver software for your device is up to date" which I am sure is in-correct because my graphics card version is 10.18.10.4226 and the the latest version is 15.33 (I don't know the rest of the numbers) I tried downloading several .zip folders which I am sure they're compatible with my laptop's specs but every time it says it's successful I go to check the version and it's still the same... So I tried changing my graphics card from the Intel (R) HD Graphics 4000 to the Intel (R) HD Graphics 4600 but then it told me that it's not compatible with my device and that it can stop my device from working completely so of course I said no to it and then stopped... My friend told me to update my Windows 7 to Windows 8 then it will allow me to update but I highly doubt that's true this problem has been bugging me for weeks now so please help 🙁
