Question Updating ASRock B450M Pro4 for Ryzen 3600 without 2nd Gen Ryzen CPU

As the title states, I recently purchased a ASRock B450M Pro4 to use with a new Ryzen 3600 CPU. I understand that the BIOS needs an update in order to properly work with this 3rd Gen CPU, but I do not have a 2nd Gen CPU. A thread on the Newegg page for the motherboard said that someone was able to update their BIOS no problem with the 3rd Gen CPU seated. However, now that I'm about to download the BIOS update and pop it on a flash drive, I see this: "Please install 'AMD all in 1 with VGA driver ver:18.50.16.01_WHQL' or a later version before updating to this BIOS."

Since I'm setting up totally fresh with a new install of Windows, not updating the BIOS for a motherboard that is already running Windows, do I need to update this VGA driver? If it helps, I'll be using a NVIDIA GeForce 1060 6GB graphics card.

Any help would be appreciated. I'm not new to building PCs but this driver update before updating BIOS thing is throwing me for a loop. Thanks.
