Updating Asus M4N68T-M LE v2

Hi, i recently had problems with my motherboard and I got it repaired from service center since it was under warranty..after getting it back, Everythings working fine except that I have to update time and date every time and restart pc.. I changed battery so it's not battery problem.. Through msinfo32 I came to know my bios version is old 0702 American something 2001.. To update i went to Asus download section where I entered model number and os.. Next screen showed 23 files found.. Bios, utility and few more.. I download bios file but it was .ROM format. can i know procedure, steps to update motherboard

at the place where you download the bios, there should be download for bios install utility under "BIOS-Utilities"
