Updating BIOS AsRock z77 Extreme6

I have an AsRock z77 Extreme6 mobo with an i5-3570k and 2xGTX 670 in SLI. I just bought the second 670 and everything was going fine until then. I have already had to flash the BIOS on the 670 b/c it had an outdated version and now I find that my mobo BIOS is about 8 or 9 updates behind as well. Do I need to update the mobo one at a time or can I just download the latest one and be good to go? I have a feeling that I am going to have to update one by one, but I'm not sure.

You can go straight to the newest. Anytime bios is updated it is overwritten.
