Question Updating bios for Asrock z170m PRO4s

Hi i brought this pc about 3 years ago my specs are: Asrock z170m PRO4s motherboard, CPU i7 6700k 4ghz turbo 4.4ghz, gtx 1080, 32gram, i dont know if i downloaded the correct drivers for motherboard because when i goto do a factory turbo mode to 4.4ghz it automatically crashes when going into windows, just to also state this is the first time installing drivers so any help would be greatly appreciated
