Updating bios HP xw6200

Can any one please help me updating bios of HP workstation xw6200 I've downloaded bios from HP site and when opened the download bios file it extracted some files to a folder the folder has a repeat.exe file and a cpa type file when I open a repset.exe file a command window opens and closes iam unable to update the bios can any one help me updating the bios tq

Windows 7 my current bios version is 1.5
