Updating Bios on a MSI X99s Gaming 7

I am upgrading my processor to one using Broadwell-E, and have to update my motherboard to do so. So, I downloaded the file from MSI's website, and only received a readme, and an HF0 file when I opened the .zip. What steps do I take past this point? I have a 4gb flash drive that is empty, and the HF0 file, but I read a post that said that it might also ask for a "ME" or application file, on a different forum of someone trying to do exactly what I am. What do I do going forward with this update?

Just followed these instructions and it worked flawlessly. Don't worry if you don't have anything but an HF0 file, that's all you need to complete the update. (Even though the video shows an extra application file)
