Updating bios on Asus A78M-E without cpu

Is there ANY way i can update the bios on my Asus A78M-E with out a cpu? my 860k requires a bios update and i do not have an extra FM2/FM2+ cpu to use, it wont post or anything, all the fans come one and the light that shows power on the Mobo is on

Your motherboard has the EZ flash 2.0 feature. This will allow you to do what you ask. Here is a video on that feature.

That wont work, i tried, i cant get to the bios screen to update it

Actually when I posted that I thought of a different way. See page 2.1.3 of the manual on Crash Free BIOS 3 .

Unforchunately this didn't work either. They all require a cpu,

Correct! You need a CPU to update the BIOS on this motherboard.

Suggest a CPU be borrowed from a friend, neighbor, or maybe from a friendly computer store? Alternatively take the motherboard/RAM/PSU to a friend, neighbor, or computer store and have them install a CPU temporarily and then update the BIOS.

It is motherboard dependent. Especially some of the cheaper boards are in that category. This Asus board may be in that group. My Asus ROG motherboard for example doesn't require a CPU to update the BIOS.
