Updating bios on MSI ms 7528 mobo

I want to update my mobo bios but i have not done it before

so what to download and the method to update it can anybody tell me...

My motherboard is MSI ms 7538 G31M3

I have downloaded the bios but dont know how to update it

Using usb pendrive did not work ...it won't boot from usb it says... remove media and restart
