[SOLVED] Updating bios question

So, i have a problem with my GPU performance and i have tried everything possible to get it to work out with no avail, ive read updating bios can fix weird GPU issues, if you're interested in what problem im having, you can check my profile for the other post but thats off topic!
I have an MSI z170a Gaming M5 motherboard and have never updated bios before, it's like as old as early 2017 with the most recent one being out in late 2018.

Is this the right link to acquire the bios? I'm scared to mess it up and kill my mobo so any advice would be nice! Cheers!

Unless you know for sure it will fix the issue , not really worth it. BIOS updates don't usually solve card issues or performance.

BIOS usually dont have much to do with dedicated GPUs. i highly doubt it would fix anything.
and would not recommend you messing around with Bios either.
