[SOLVED] Updating Bios

i want to update the bios on my gigabyte b450m ds3h but when i visted the manufactures site to download the latest bios. i got these notes from the site

Note:
Before updating BIOS to this new version, you MUST follow the steps as BIOS F40
Note:
If you are using Q-Flash Utility to update BIOS, make sure you have updated BIOS to F32 before F40.

DOES THIS MEAN I HAVE TO INSTALL ALL THE PREVIOUS UPDATES. I AM CURRENTLY ON THE F3 VERSION.

Yes. You need to install whichever it asks, before you get to F40
