[SOLVED] Updating BIOS

Hello! I want to update my BIOS and I have 2 questions for you

1. If my power dies when I am updating my BIOS what happens? I wonder if my motherboard has dual bios, I have ASUS A320M-R
2. Will I get a boost of fps after updating my BIOS?

1) The BIOS will probably get corrupted and render the motherboard unusable. As far as I can tell, that motherboard doesn't have a dual BIOS feature, but lower level boards like this one usually won't have that feature.
